These are my rules for ALL trades with me.
1. I am allowed to do whatever I want with what you trade to me, whether that be neglecting, trading, freezing, killing, not naming, or anything. You may politely ask that I not do one or more of those things, but I am still allowed to do whatever I please. I will give you the same privilege.
2. IOUs are considered based on the situation. If the trade has very valuable things involved, I will be less likely to accept an IOU from you if I have no trading experience with you and/or if you are relatively new to the forums.
